This option allows the wrapper to guide itself, by following the adjacent bale row. It is no longer necessary to steer the wrapper manually with the remote control. You can now concentrate on what is important, the quality and the productivity of the crop harvest. This can also optimise up to 20% of the area needed to store your bales on the field.

Plastic Roll Support

For contract wrapping operators, this option will allow you to transport 4 spare rolls of plastic into the field with the wrapper. These supports are not made to transport on the highway.

Work lights

A light kit that will allow hard working farmers to wrap in the evening.

Hydraulic Tail Gate

This option is installed on the front of the wrapper which allow you to place the bales on the ground without damaging them. When the wrapping cycle is finished you only have to activate the hydraulic lever on the control panel to lift the tailgate and lock into transport position.

These cone shaped rollers situated close to the traction tires, keep the bale row centered on the machine even when you are wrapping on a slope.

Remote stop & start

A remote control permits you to start and stop the engine without leaving your tractor. Ideal for shutting down the wrapper when you go to get your bales, and starting it back up when you are ready to wrap again.

fuel-tank.jpg

Large capacity fuel tank (25 L, 6.6 GAL (US))

Raise the capacity of the wrapper. This option permits you to wrap approximately 500 bales compared to the standard tank which requires filling after about 120 bales.

Electric Bale Counter

Counts the number of bales wrapped per day and year.

Remote Steering

While wrapping, the operator must regularly adjust the distance between the wrapper and the adjacent bale row to avoid damaging it, which would affect the conservation of the bales. The remote allows you to steer the wrapper from your tractor.

4 Stretcher Kit

Anderson is the only manufacturer able to offer an option of 4 independent stretcher systems. This option allows you to put 4 plastic rolls on your wrapper at once. The advantages of this are that you will not have to replace your rolls as often, this will also increase the speed of wrapping; up to 180 bales per hour (round bales 4'x 4').
