OK, there are 3 potential sources for this problem.

1- The solenoid is reversed. Test your solenoid valve by following this protocol A-INL-003

2- The bolt is loose on the wheel angle sensor. Refer to the following protocol to inspect and adjust the wheel angle sensor bolt A-INL-008

3- Wires are reversed on the angle sensor. Refer to the following protocol to inspect the wheel angle sensor wiring A-INL-010
